KML Google Earth Met Office Model Boundaries

Model boundaries for many of the Met Office operational models are provided in KML format for Google Earth.  To view them save them to your computer as .kmz files before opening them.

  • Global, European and UK Wave model boundaries.
  • Shelf Seas models: the Atlantic Margin Model, Medium Resolution Continental Shelf (including ERSEM ecosystem model), and the Irish Sea model.
  • FOAM Deep Ocean models: Global, Atlantic and Arctic, North Atlantic, Mediterranean, Indian Ocean and Antarctic models.
